After our trip to the Herb Garden, we went to Ah-hop-good(아홉굿) Village.
This is a village located southwest of Jeju Island. This village is famous for its 1,000 hand-made chairs crafted by the people in the village. After broadcasting on T.V., many tourists began to visit.

Many unique chairs that have names engraved on them.

Utturu Happy Center

Lovely chairs placed in front of a small stage.

Group shot!

We thought it was an entrance, but it was actually a chair!
In this village, there are variety of chairs, also playgrounds for
children to play, and stores to buy souvenirs.

After the village, we went to Jeju’s Well-being Center. The main purpose for this center is meditation, but also healing the body and soul. It’s not yet well-known to the public, so it’s mostly visited by residents nearby.

Taking a break at the center’s café.
Listening to our teacher about meditation.

Jeju Tourism Organization will continue to strive and expand tourist attractions and sightseeing for future visitors in Jeju.
