[Jeju Theme & Museum] Chocolate Land: Feast on chocolate until your heart (or stomach) is content

Have you ever seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory?

Good old Charlie Bucket wins his golden ticket and with it a chance to visit Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory.

We see chocolate flowing from waterfalls and down rivers. There is a literal chocolate mountain and chocolate heaven to explore.

Well down at Jungmun Resort’s Chocolate Land you too can feel like Charlie Bucket.

It is a place full of amazing chocolate and a place where the sweet scent of the stuff envelops you.

What of the price for a golden ticket to this land? Admission is a paltry 3,000won. Considering the costs of other tourist attractions that is pretty cheap.

Then if you add all of the samples you can try you have already made back the ticket price.

Inside you’ll find kids running here and there with excitement. Even adults are busy going here and there looking at the chicken which lays the chocolate egg and golden chocolate coins.

Jeju’s special items are represented through the hallabong and dolhaurbang.

Beatles lovers might want to check out a special vinyl record.

Even the pictures on the wall are made of edible chocolate. You can see the scratch marks curious visitors have left on them.

However, the most famous place is the chocolate experience room. Here you’ll find people squeezing chocolate from a piping bag making various chocolaty creations. The kids become serious.

The mixing of the black and white chocolate creates something that is unique to you.

Why not take a little inspiration from one of the chocolate exhibition galleries? You’ll find the continents of the world all represented.

Oh, and what about the tree which has chocolate hanging from it. The kids never let it be, but it might be easier to get the sample chocolate which is left around.

Moving outside there’s Willy Wonka in his Johnny Depp incarnation to have your photograph taken with.

Chocolate Land is one big chocolate heaven from start to finish.
