Come celebrate 2016 in Jeju at Seongsan Sunrise Festival!
Event: Seongsan Sunrise Festival
Date: December 30, 2015 to January 1, 2016
Place: Seongsan Ilchul Bong (Sunrise Peak)
Program:
- December 30 has nature tours and various other events throughout the day.
- December 31 has performances by local artists and more, along with a torch relay
- January 1 starts with a countdown and firework show at midnight, then people can climb up Seongsan Ilchulbong around 5:30am to watch the sunrise. From 8 to 9am, everyone will eat rice cake together.
