When the weather is nice, I like to take a walk along the beach and watch the sunset. Here in Jeju, there are many places where you can do that. Today, let me introduce you to Seopjikoji.

Seopjikoji became a popular tourist destination thanks to all mega-hi Korean dramas, “All In” starring Song Hye Kyo and Lee Byung Hun, and “Boys Before Flower” starring Lee Min Ho and Ku Hye Sun.
After walking up the long flight of stairs, you can see the beautiful view of this white lighthouse standing on the cliff. Doesn’t it look like a majestic scene out of a dark movie? I can just imagine thunder and lightning coming from the sky, making for a really scary movie. 😛
From this perspective, Seopjikoji looks like a beacon of hope on top of the cliff.
Looking out from Seopjikoji you can see Seongsan Ilchulbong.
Walking along this path, our mind and body just seem to relax. Doesn’t the blue sky look especially wide and near?
About 2km away is Sinyang beach, where you can enjoy windsurfing. The cool breeze of the ocean and the salty scent wafts up to Seopjikoji.
