Jeju changes color with every season and every new blossoming plant. But in July, the flower to be sure not to miss is the hydrangea.
It starts out as a white flower, but ever so gradually turns from light blue to a purple-red. The blue color depends a lot on the chemistry of the soil the plant grows in.
