In addition to the free Wifi now available on all 800 Jeju public buses, the provincial government has set up hotspots at most public buildings and tourist destinations.
Here’s a map of all the free Wifi spots on Jeju Island (in Korean) as of Dec. 22, 2017. When you open the link you’ll see three tabs. The first and third show active Wifi spots, while the middle tab has a list of spots yet to be set up.
