This small set of islands in the South Sea some 90-minutes by ferry north of Jeju Island, is the place to experience first-hand the bounty of the ocean. Taste all sorts of fresh fish and local specialities, and also take part in the celebration!

The unique culture of Chujado Island has developed over centuries. You can try some of the events like a bare-handed corvina catching contest, or try weaving dried corvina into portable strings like the fishermen and women do.
There’s net fishing with your friends or family, watch a fishing boat parade, take plenty of photos and videos, and much more.
Also, Jeju Olle walking trail No. 18-1 extends across both upper and lower Chujado, so you can walk along the cliff top trails and take in their superb panoramic ocean views.
