The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) operates the 24-hour 1339 Call Center hotline for COVID-19 related inquiries in Korean, English and other languages.
A three-way call with interpreters on the line will be available after pressing #4 on your telephone keypad.
Experts at the KCDC will offer up-to-date information and referrals to anyone in Korea who calls, regardless of their visa status.
Other services being offered by government agencies include the Justice Ministry’s Immigration Service hotline 1345, (24 hours). The Korea Tourism Organization’s 1330 hotline (also 24 hours) offers counseling and interpretation services in English, Japanese and Chinese.
