[Jeju Today] Typhoon Bavi keeps fishing vessels tied up at Hallim Port

So with Typhoon Bavi now very close to Jeju Island, high wind and heavy rain is hitting the island hard.

Before work this morning I drove by Hallim Port to photograph the fishing boats safely moored for the day. (It was raining a bit, but it wasn’t that windy at 7 a.m. on the west side of the island.)

Today we may see maximum wind speeds of 144 to 216 km/h or stronger and over 300mm in rain (500mm in mountainous areas). Please take care!
