[Notice, Aug. 30 at 5 p.m.] Two more Jeju COVID-19 cases #43, #44 reported

In the last day or so, Jeju has marked six new COVID-19 cases.

#43: A family member of patient #35 

#44: Exposed to individuals #29 and #33, a couple that went to Sanbangsan Tansan Hot Springs on Aug. 23

Jeju Special Self-Governing Province announced this afternoon (Aug. 30) that two more COVID-19 patients have been admitted for treatment.

Case #43 is a family member of patient #35. Patient #35 came into contact with patient #34 last week. Patient #34 was exposed to patient #30, an employee of the JDC (Jeju Free International City Development Center 제주국제자유도시개발센터) who traveled to Seoul with family from Aug. 13 to Aug. 15.


Case #44 visited the Sanbangsan Tansan Hot Springs on Aug. 23 and was thus in contact with the Jeju couple #29, #33 who went there together while infected on that day.
