[Flavors of Jeju] Daeunjeong specializing in snow crab

The chef of Daeunjeong, located near the airport, started his cooking career in earnest in the mid-1990s and over time came to prefer cooking with snow crab, including it in shabu shabu and other a la carte dishes.
