ByoByo, west of Jeju City, is a cafe with a clean, warm, sophisticated ambiance. The cute cakes shaped like dolhareubang grandfather stone statues are made with black sesame, sweet red beans, mugwort, and other local ingredients. The name refers to a pure Korean word that means something that circles slowly, like a bird.
